    If the slide was taken using some other film, this machine works great. At that time, I had no idea what was wrong. I called the company and they first tried to tell me that I could fix this with photo shop! Not!!! I called back and spoke to someone else who, in passing, said that there was some trouble with Kodak. They all come out as if they are a negative. None of my slides taken with Kodak film will scan. And almost everyone made slides because they lasted longer than prints. Works great except, and this is a big except, you used kodak film to make your slides!
